Rivertime Designs - Elisa Davis
Screen-Printed Tiles
Originally from Bend, Oregon, Elisa Davis has lived in the Teton Valley/Jackson Hole area since 1978, when she accepted a job with the Bridger-Teton National Forest in Wyoming. After 10 years of forestry work she wanted to devote more time to her love of art and design, and started a home-based business called Rivertime Design, the name coming from time spent on rivers with her husband Tom and children Ben & Lindsay Rose.
Elisa's art is mostly self-taught with art classes taken while attending college. She has spent years experimenting with different mediums, favorites being oil pastel and watercolor. Trout, wildlife, and mountain scenes are the focus of her inspiration. Printing her designs on tile and paper has added a new dimension to her work.
